Hello chillrobot, We do have a single session in our Viewer. This one is dynamic and will update with any new file you open/close. Unfortunatelly, this is not the case. I use archivarius3000, can do something like that. I have indexed my pdf files and run "server" in archivarius3000, and then when I'm at work or anywhere, I can search in seconds all my pdf files through the web browser.

I think it's a feature of the program that you can print 3,5,... etc horizontal/vertical pages. I have no problem cropping pages and printing them 3 on the same page one after another. If the 3 pages do not fit in their 100% scale, the program would automaticaly scale them down to fit, ie each page ...

Yes, viewer doesn't allow you to modify PDF file while it is opened. As a workaround you can use /close command line option into your PDF generation script into the latex. I'm not sure this is related, but I have "H" assigned to highlight the selected text. It doesn't work in the nevest version (I see that "H" is still set for highlighting selected text).

Say I highlight something on page 5 and draw a rectangle around some table on page 100, then this feature would create a new file with just two pages, 5 and 100. That's it....

pdf viewer pro (and I assume any paid program from docu-track) is fine to create bookmarks without making stamps.
