The new comment put between two already made ones GOES TO AN ARBITRARY PLACE (?).
(neither sorted by date nor visual order. I would expect put it in a visual order.)

See my answer here: https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/ ... 62&t=28850
The Viewer is no longer under development.

Hi Paul!
Thanks again, dealing with me.
Yes, we are dealing with this same issue regarding also PDF Editor 6.0.321 at this opened post/ticket
https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/ ... 62&t=28850
Yes, I understand the PDF viewer is no longer under development, but until it has been provided (and somehow the version number kept followed) my relevant question is here only:
How much can be compatible or consistent the two of your products
PDF Editor 6.0.321
PDF Viwer 2.5.321
in their same basic functions?
Note: The PDF Editor 6.0.321 does offer a Sort by Visual Order in the Comment Summary, the PDF Viewer 2.5.321 misses this function. (It may be at least synchronized.)
BTW:
Furthermore regarding to my other post https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/ ... 62&t=28851 (but, let me mention here:)
The PDF Editor 6.0.321 wrongs the comments formatting when Comment Summary exported to rtf, the PDF Viwer 2.5.321 does this very well
Due to lucky to deal with me regarding my three issues, you probably can understand my problem: I need to use your both products in tandem, because what wrongs in one the other does well, but both products miss the right Visual Order in the Comment pane.
Thanks again, also for considering this little discrepancy, but a bit annoying issues..

Re: PDF Viewer 2.5.321 - puts new comment to an arbitrary place
Hello iplnts,
It is true that we keep updating the Viewer build numbers - but this is only so that new builds of it can recognize and accept Editor (and Pro) serial numbers.
No other functionality in it has been changed for about two years now, and is unlikely we will make any changes to it in the future.
We would be happy to continue the discussion in the other topic - and see if we can improve the Editor so that you do not need to use the Viewer any more!
Regards,
Stefan

Hi Stefan!
Thank you for your answer. I can understand the explanation.
I would be happy seeing the improved Editor based on our discussion.
Although the Editor really has offered much more functionalities (regarding to its viewer part) than the previous Viewer, I really liked this latter product.
Anyhow, both products are professional, and functionality reach, handy using, best of the PDFs.
Regards,
iplnts
