After importing an emf graphic into an MSWord 2003 document, then pdf'ing it using the PDF Xchange Tool icon in MSWord, the resultant pdf, whilst retaining the vector graphics, did not retain the color information for some of the objects in the image.
It made no difference whether the "Compress graphics" option was selected or not. (Zip file compression was checked).
The .doc & .pdf files are attached.
Is this a known problem or can I pdf the document properly without losing the vector data?

Hi Bob,
Looks like I can replicate the issue found - seems to lose the blue gradient ?
This is with our project manager for the driver products - hope to have a fix soon.
thanks for your Patience

Re: Rendering problem with emf graphic
Hi BobM,
I'm afraid we were not able to reproduce the issue in time to include a fix in build 55. We will be aiming got get this done for the release of version 2.5 expected later in the autumn.

Many thanks for this fix - its superb and works fine. And is something that Acrobat Pro still can't do
(Apologies for the delayed response, I've only just seen your post.)
