Detecting Links not correct

Post by Mr. Nice Guy »

Hi,

made a simple List in Excel 2007.
Two columns, first telefonnumbers, second mail adresses.
When I convert the document to PDF, pieces of the telefon column are part of the Link-detection.

Hello.
Any chance you could zip and post the Excel document causing the issue?
Thanks.

I can't reproduce the problem.
In this document, the hyperlink-funktion for e-mail adresses was disabled

After enabling, xchange coverts it right and all links work fine.

It's kind of strange, because PDF-XChange should not generate hyperlinks in PDF file if they were disabled in document. Please make sure that hyperlinks in PDF file wasn’t result of hyperlink recognition in PDF viewer.
Try to change link border type and color in PDF-XChange Excel options. That may help to see the difference.

Just change appearance for Links into PDF-XChange preferences.
