Hello Tracker,
Many of our clients and prospects are using third party plugins that Adobe Acrobat supports. Will the upcoming control version support external plug-ins? If so this would be fantastic. We found a forum post that seems to indicate that this is the case and are looking for further validation as it affect our roadmap planning.
Thanks,
Doc-It Development.
Will next release support plug-ins that Adobe supports?

Re: Will next release support plug-ins that Adobe supports?
Hello docu-track99,
Thanks for the post. Third party Adobe compatible plug-ins will not function with PDF-XChange Editor. That being said, we are releasing the Editor SDK very shortly. Once it is released, third parties will be able to build plugins for the Editor.
I hope this helps!

Will existing third party plug-ins work with the sdk? In other words can a third party write a single plug-in that works with both Adobe and the Editor SDK or is it a completely different API requiring two separate codebases?
