This appears to be a random issue, but several of my clients have reported a issue with printing some outlook emails. The user is in Outlook (usually the 2013 version) and opens and email. They then select to print it and choose your PDF printer. Once they hit print, you can see the "Printing Progress" dialog just above the task tray, but it then quickly goes away without launching the Save dialog for the user to specify where to save the PDF file.
Again, this only happens randomly with certain outlook emails. We distribute your Lite driver and I've see this with both V4 and V5.
Have you had any other reports of this? and if so, is there anything I can do?

Re: Outlook Print Issue
Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the post - could you please advise on the build of the SDK that you're using, as well as the OS of the users experiencing the issue?
Cheers,

Re: Outlook Print Issue
It's not the SDK, it's your Lite PDF driver version 4.0 build 214.2 and version 5.5. build 312.1. I tried both and both has the same issue.
The client machine today was Win8.1 and Office 2013, but we've seen it a few times in the past year. Can't recall those specific specs.
Outlook is open with an Email message window on top. Then trying to print the message.
Again, you "Printing Progress" dialog appears and then quickly disappears with nothing happening. Doesn't happen every time.
Prints fine via other Office apps like Word and Excel. We've only seen this issue with Outlook.

Re: Outlook Print Issue
Hi Jeff,
Apologies, you'd posted in the SDK forum, so I'd assumed this was related to the SDK.
This was a known issue, previously, in some builds. Please do try build 313 and see if that helps?
