Stamps no longer work

In build 322.0 my old US editorial stamps no longer work. Please fix.

Hello Bob,

Thank you for the post. Could you please provide some more details as to what specifically is happening? Are you unable to place these stamps on the document? Are you able to place other kinds of stamps? Do your editorial stamps show in your stamps pallet?

Yes, they show in the stamps palette but do not show on the page when applied. After I select one of the editorial stamps and click in a blank area on a page, an empty square box appears. The Standard stamps that ship with the Editor work fine.

Hi Bob,

Thank you for clarifying. Please go to Edit> Export settings. Please make sure this option is selected:

Please, then archive (zip file) the resulting settings file and post it here so that we can investigate this issue further.

When I click on Edit...Export Settings, I do not see any options to export Custom Stamp Collections. I see options only for Program Options, History, and Additional Plugins Data.

I have attached the custom stamps file that I am using. I got it from the Tracker website and cropped the PDF pages.

What I see when I click on Edit...Export Settings is in the attached screenshot (I do not know how to insert the image into this post directly).
The file that I attached in my previous post has been copied into the Stamps subfolder in the PDF Editor install folder on my computer. I am running the 64-bit version of the Editor under Windows 10.

The issue is fixed in build 322.3 that should be released soon.

This is intriguing. I have custom stamps and am running 322.0 but I'm able to place custom stamps and have the option of exporting custom stamps.

Is the issue with the OP's particular custom stamps?

Can you install the custom stamps that I uploaded and test them? I "installed" these custom stamps simply by copying the PDF into the Stamps folder. Did I do this right?

Hi Bob,

The only thing I would have done differently is to not crop the stamps PDF, but it should still work. As Ivan mentioned this will be fixed in the next build release in days to come.
