Icon with 4k resolution

I move to a new notebook with 3840x2160 screen. Under this resolution PDF-XChange has very small icons ... I wonder if there is a way to solve this problem

Thank you for the email. We are designing a larder Icon set and a ribbon interface for high-resolution screens such as yours. I am afraid however that it may not be ready before autumn.
