Signing fails in builds 6.0.321.0 AND 6.0.322.3

Hello,

with builds 6.0.321.0 and 6.0.322.3 unfortunately I am unable to sign my documents anymore. The last version with signing working well is 6.0.320.1.
Trying to sign a document asks for the certificate, then for a filename to save to, but then instead of asking my PIN it displays this error-message:

Placement of the signature failed.
Error [System]: Interner Fehler.

I use this certificate since many years in several other applications as well as in PDF-XChange PRO up to 6.0.320.1.
Please advise how to fix this...

I just checked with 322.4. Unfortunately nothing changed - getting the exact same error-message.

So again I had to revert to 320.1

In order to be able to pinpoint the problem, one of our developers would need a remote access to your computer.
Is this something that you are willing to provide so we can debug the problem?

If yes, what is your availability?
We would ideally want to schedule this for 31 May or after, as our lead developer is out of the office at the moment, but if it's urgent - we can try and arrange a remote sooner.

I just tested signing with a certificate issued by IdenTrust in versions 322.3 and 322.4 and had no issues. Do you have write permissions to the folder you are saving the signed file to? You could try to change the language to English (Edit->Preferences->Languages) and see if anything changes.

Basically I'm fine to support with a remote Session.
Like your developer I'm currently out of office as well so we cannot schedule sooner anyway. May I suggest Thursday June 8 or Friday June 9, anytime during european business hours?

I have write access, I even tested with various different target folders. Changing between "German" and "English" does not affect this failure, only the 1st part of the error message changes language...

Our developers confirmed that these dates would work for them. I believe that 8th of June will be the better one, but I suggest we confirm this closer to this date (around 5th, Monday) so we can confirm the exact time at which we can arrange the remote session.
