Duplex printing cuts off bottom of pages

I am having duplex printing (long edge). If I print a single page, it prints fine. If I print in duplex mode, there is a large top margin on the output and the bottom gets cut off. The problem occurs with multiple pdf documents.

Printer HP OfficeJet Pro 8000

I have tried "Fit to printer margins", "reduce to printer margins" and Custom scaling. I have tried turning the Auto-Rotate and Auto-Center off and on and in alternate combinations, with no change.

Thanks for the post - Please advise on what build of the Editor you are using (Help --> About). Please also send screen-shots of the print dialog so that we can see your settings.
