ansarada secure document

I can not open secure document created by ansarada policy(I think it is DRM protection). any help? Adobe reader has no problem to open the pdf.

I suspect that it's a closed format security handler designed to work only with Adobe. If that's the case, then there is little to nothing that we can do to help.
