Thumbnails - Selection Method (one at a time)

Post by delaing »

How can I mimic the functionality that I had in Viewer for selecting thumbnails, one at a time? Or deselecting one at a time.

If I select a thumbnail, then Shft-End, it will select all of the thumbnails from that first selection to the End. But, if I wish to deselect one thumbnail at a time, it doesn't seem to like the Shft-Left arrow behavior that exists in Viewer and Acrobat.
In Editor, if I hold Shft, then add one thumbnail at a time by hitting Right-arrow, that seems just fine. But, if I've selected more than I want and try Shft-Left-arrow (deselecting), the highlight seems to go back up to the first thumbnail selected and then I have to start over. It's treating the first selection as a "hub" instead of the starting position when using the Left arrow.

What am I not understanding?

Thanks in advance,
Delain

Hello Delain,

Thank you for the post. I have reproduced this issue and reported it to the dev team. Please reference this forum post or RT#3943Inconstancy with thumbnail selection control when using keyboard when requesting an update to this issue.

Thank you!
