How to move a polygon or polyline comment control point if it is within the center circle of comment selection frame

Post by rakunavi »

Hello all,

Polyline and polygon comments allow you to edit control points and fine-tune the position of the points after the comment is created. On the other hand, when a comment is selected, a center circle is displayed in the center for movement. If the control point happens to be located within this center circle, it seems that the position of the control point cannot be changed from there.

There is a possibility that the position of the control point can be adjusted by increasing the zoom level very much so that the control point is out of the frame of the center circle, but is there any other operation method?

Best regards,
rakunavi

Hello rakunavi,

I do not think there's an alternative way to select that control point other than zooming in, and if you then place that point at the dead centre at max zoom level - there are no further options to modify that one any further.
But then - there has to be a compromise between these two features that require you to select the same pixel on screen.
I will check with the dev team on what can be done for such cases!

Kind regards,
Stefan
