Is there a way to create custom line styles, for example as shown below:

I am afraid that this is impossible. We provide only the line styles described in the PDF specification.

Hello Simon,

That is only possible manually, for example, you have a line annotation selected you can add the needed line annotations with a needed step, though this won't be a single line.
