How do I programmatically in c# click the x in the top right corner in a popup to close?
or
c# to "Open Popu-Up Note" and "Hide Pop-Up Note" like in the menu hide pupup note?

Have you tried executing the cmd.annot.popup.hide command when you have selected the needed annotations?
