The program has crashed on a number of occasions when using the call out tool to mark up a pdf file. The problem does not appear if I use the adjacent note tool rather than the call-out. Files attached

Hi,
Possibly this is because you are using an older release to create your files from your Word document to begin with - I suspect updating to a later release of PDF-XChange would help - this is available from :

pdf Viewer crash
I'm sorry, I should have indicated that the drawing CAD file which I attached and attempted to mark-up using pdf viewer was created with adobe acrobat distiller (we use adobe for all autodesk CAD file to pdf conversion).
