problem with version 1.00.0026

with this new version I can't edit protected pdf file. It's a bug or not?

No, it is not a bug. See the history of changes
Added PDF-security support in UI. Now the application's UI works in accordance with PDF-permissions.
If the creator of the PDF has marked it not to allow changes, then PDF-XChange should not allow the user to modify it.
