Changing default font size for comments

Post by ajberger »

I can't figure out how to change the default font size used for comments, callout boxes, etc. I've tried to highlight text that I've changed to 10-point, and then right-click to choose "Set as Default for New...", but the next time I add a comment it goes back to 12 point.

12-point is a little large for my taste. Any suggestions on how I can change the default? Thanks!

Whoops--my most recent experiment seems to have worked. Again I selected text in a callout box, right-clicked, and set it as the default formatting. This time I must have done it right, as it seems to have worked. I assume it'll work for comments, too.

Make sure that you're setting the Text formatting default (on the submenu) and not the object properties default.
