PDF-Tools - Extract pages by custom filtering text

Hello.

I'm trying to extract pages from a huge PDF. To identify which ones I want to extract, I'm doing filter pages by custom text.
And I want to filter all the pages that contais all of the following words... But I'm not getting the result expected.

What I'm doing wrong?

Could you please tell me what version is your PDF Tools?

This information can be seen under the Help -> About menu.

Also, is it possible to send us one of the files you are having this issue with?

I'm inserting this:

Have you tried without the brackets? Are your words found then?
If you have active maintenance on your license - can you please also update to V10 (build 370)?
