Hi,
I run a PDF-Xchange Viewer version 2.5 on a Windows 11 Pro system (build 22621.1992).
I would like to cancel some parts of a document, and I do this by overlaying them with a white rectangle with white borders.
When I save the file everything is fine and the parts to be deleted are covered. But when I print the file, they become visible again.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks
Marco

At the bottom of this file there's the phrase "Transnational strategy for the establishment.... ". covered by a white rectangle. If I open the file the phrase is not visible, if I print the file it is (if I export the file in jpg the phrase is not visible as well).

Hello Marco
Thank you for the provided sample file. After some testing I do believe I have some options for you.
Depending on if you are looking to keep the content:
To print your document as it is you can just change your "Advanced Print Option" from Document to Document and Markups.
Or if you are looking to remove the content completely you can use the Redaction Tool and then print:
