Yes, we did receive these files yesterday, Stefan is on vacation at the moment and Dimitar works the graveyard shift (from my time zone perspective), so we are back to back and do not have much overlap to communicate at the moment. I am the one who saw your submission and passed it along to the Dev team, but I did miss sending you a reply about the submission, and I apologize for that.
The files have been passed along, and should be included in the next build of the software.

Thanks so much for your attention, reply, the receipt confirmation and having passed the submission along to the guys who are responsible for handling this.
So only Stefan is the one who can grant me a license renewal (as previously agreed between the two of us for having the translation job done free of charge) and thus only when he's back from vacation I'll be able to have this done?

Dear God, almost an additional three days now since our last message exchange and still I got no reply or contact from one of you guys about the promised license renewal...
You guys had three whole years without any translation update at all for the program in question and that's the of showing some gratitude to my hard work, taking so long to act effectively and solve the "problem" of license granting?

No, Stefan is not the only one who can provide the free key, Typically Oksana, our Translation handler at this point, is the one who would do this. I Was unaware that she is also on vacation when I passed this along to her, expecting that she would generate and provide the key to you. I expect that Dimitar is in the same boat and was unaware of this.
Now, as this pertains to licensing, even a free one, we will need to proceed continue our conversation by email. As I cannot find an account under the email address you are using here, I expect that you have an account under a different address? Could you please send me an email (With "ATTN: Daniel" in the subject or body of the email) , detailing which email address you would like the free translation license assigned to. I will proceed to generate that for you as soon as I have confirmation.
