Move Quick Access Toolbar below ribbon and customizing it

I'm testing out PDF-XChange Pro and generally speaking find it to be a viable replacement for my 2017 Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Frustratingly, even though I am very conversant with customizing applications, I have not been able to figure out:

How to move the Quick Access Toolbar below the ribbon or the classic toolbar? Is this even possible?

How to customize the Quick Access Toolbar?


I'm sure I'm missing something. Any guidance would be most appreciated. Thanks very much.

it can have items added to it but cannot be relocated. This is by design I believe.

Sorry if I miss-interpret the question, but a right-mouse-click on the Quick Access Toolbar gives a shortcut-menu that has the option "Show Below the Ribbon" (nearly at the bottom of that menu). This option is also present while "Customize Toolbars" is not active.
