Hello roosevelthk,
As this is compression is a bitonal you can find the the option for it when you select Black and White for your Image type:
I did double-check that this option is available in your version 10.1.1. build 381.

Re: PDF to TIFF Compression Group 4
Hi all,
Just out of curiosity and to learn something new, I tried to Export a PDF to TIFF by using "1 (Black & White)" with "CCITT Group 4 fax"-compression, in PDF-XChange Editor build 384.
I find this compression in the list, but after clicking, it always jumps to "Macintosh Packbits RLE".
I did "Reset to Defaults" (in Image Saving Options) and even "Reset Settings" (in Manage Settings) but to no avail.
Then I tried with older versions, and discovered that the problem came with build 371.
In previous versions (having an other design of the dialog-box) I can select "CCITT Group 4 fax" without a problem.
Do you experience the same problem ?
Kind regards.

Re: PDF to TIFF Compression Group 4
It is not included in the version history, so this reply is just to confirm that the above problem has been solved in build 385 of PDF-XChange Editor. Talking about a quick fix !
Thanks for that.
Willy

Hello Willy Van Nuffel,
Thanks for confirming this!
Yes - the version history would usually include larger issues or ones that were affecting more users. We are fixing sometimes hundreds of things and listing them all would bloat that list unnecessarily
Kind regards,
Stefan

Re: PDF to TIFF Compression Group 4
I understand, but a little bit of feedback (here in the forum) is always appreciated by the people at pdf-xchange support and development, I guess.
So, thanks again, and kind regards.
