Re: Pages / thumbnails are not all displayed

The program is not displaying some documents fully.

Sometimes a thumbnail is displayed, but the full page is greyed out.

And sometimes the full page is there but no thumbnail.

The problem sometimes corrects itself if I close the program and reload the document, but not always.

Here is the document in the screenshots. But this is not the only pdf this happens with.

I am using

Version: 10.2.1, build 385

I think I know why this is happening.

I tried to save the pdf, and an error message popped up saying there is not enough space on the disk.
The disk in question is a Ramdisk A which holds the Windows temp folder.

And this disk is full because PDF Xchange has filled it up with temp files.

If I check Preferences / Performance / Do not use disk to cache decoded images, it looks like the problem might be solved?
