Italic text in pop-up notes is not italicized in some fonts

Hello all,

I have found that some fonts, such as Arial Black, do not reflect italic settings in pop-up notes when italic is set in the text of pop-up notes in comments. The same is not reflected in the text in the comment pane. On the other hand, tooltips and text comments themselves reflect the italic setting.

In the following verification, a pop-up note in a text comment is opened, but this occurs for all comment types as well.

I think the "font simulation" mentioned in Daniel's comment may be the key point. I imagine that when a font that doesn't have italics font face is selected, tooltips and text comments can display italics using the "font simulation" feature, but the popup note itself does not have this feature, so italicized text cannot be displayed.

However, since tooltips are supposed to display the contents of pop-up notes, I am optimistic that if "font simulation" feature can be enabled in a tooltip, it will be relatively easy to enable the feature in the pop-up note that is the source of the tooltip.
