I have found that when displaying in Continous mode, the gaps between pages are displayed immediately after switching from Standard Layout to Ribbon Layout, even if the "Show Gaps Between Pages" is turned off. In other words, there is a temporary mismatch between the actual page gaps on the screen and the enabled/disabled status of the "Show Gaps Between Pages".
In this case, the gaps can be hidden by enabling "Show Gaps Between Pages" and then disabling it again, and at the same time the status of the icon will also be disabled and the two will match. If the file is opened with Ribbon Layout from the beginning, the status of the "Show Gaps Between Pages" will match the status of the actual page gaps on the screen.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
