To reproduce,
1) Download "Thinking in C++ Vol 1" PDF from http://www.planetpdf.com/codecuts/pdfs/ ... C2Vone.zip and extract the PDF
2) Open the PDF, select page 11 (ie. the one with "Public C++ Seminars" as the title) in the page thumbnails, press the Delete key, and press Enter to confirm the deletion of the page.
PDF-XChange Viewer Pro 2.0.0038.1 will crash. Running XP Pro x64 SP2 with all updates.
I don't have problems deleting other pages from this document, or page 11 from other PDF's.
