Hi,
Happy New Year to all,
I have been running PDF-XChange on my Vista 64 for some time without issue. However in the recent upgrade - 2.0 (build 39.2) to 2.0.40.5 I get notified of the upgrade, complete the download and the install starts. However I get a message about " Unsupported 16-bit application..... etc etc please contact the software vendor to ask if 64-bit compatible version is available".
I have not seen this before, appreciate any suggestions

Re: Upgrade problem
Please download manualy complete installation from our site.
or this direct link :

It is always good periodically to fully uninstall/reboot/restart after a prolonged period of updates and I would suggest this may be a good time to do so.

Re: Upgrade problem
I often wonder about such issues. What exactly could be the reason?
Isn't it possible to program applications in that way, that updating would work in any case?
Just a question
