File do not open with PDF viewer but opens with Adobe.

Hello Tracker,
Please take a look at attached file. PDF viewer can not open it. But, if I tried opening it from Adobe, it opens it without issues. Please let me know what can we possibly do to open this file with PDF viewer.

At this time there is no update. If all goes well, we hope to have the issue fixed for build 310 or sooner.
