Minor bugs with markup tools

I've noticed several minor (but annoying) bugs with the markup tools.

Using the popup text box associated with text highlighting markup I've encountered the following problems...
1. Word wrap occurs with any non-alphanumeric character and not just at white space. This means wrapping will break words containing apostrophe's, "quotes", (brackets) etc. (Affects all markup text boxes.)
2. Attempts to enter text at the end of a wrapping line causes the first character to be inserted at the beginning of the text. (I think this only occurs in text highlight edit boxes.)
3. Cutting text (Ctrl+X) doesn't work (affects all markup text boxes).
4. Ctrl+Arrow to jump whole words doesn't work (affects all markup text boxes).
