win + 1 keyboard shortcut to hide window changed in build 365

let's say you have pdf xce as the first program in your taskbar,
it used to be that if you press win+1 once to show the window, you'd be able to press win+1 again to hide it and see what's underneath, but now it just unselects the window without hiding it it seems

(NO, this is not an always-on-top issue, it is working as it should with other programs like my browser, word, Notion, Anki, etc....

and no this obviously did not as is not working with multiple windows, this only works if you have one pdf xce window opened

this worked fine in build 364

nevermind this might have been a false alarm, seems to be working fine, so I could probably delete this if no one else has encountered similar issues
