I wonder if it's possible to see in Windows Explorer if a PDF has an attachment or not?
a) Is there / could there be an additional attribute to be displayed in Explorer?
b) Could there be a feature that PDF with attachments are using an icon a little bit modified?

It does not seem like we do currently support showing attachments inside PDF files. I will ask our devs if this is something we can add, and if we can - will make the necessary FR ticket.
