Cannot change the pencil smooth level

I chose the pencil tool without drawing anything. When I tried to change the smooth level, nothing happened.

Could you please tell us what version is your PDF Editor?

You can see this info in the PDF Editor's Help -> About menu.

Also, please tell me where are you changing the smooth level.

Confirming this problem with build 360: the "Smooth Level" in Pencil Tool Properties can not be changed.

Seems to be resolved in build 361.

So, upgrade if you can (license valid until ?).

EDIT:
If you like, you can change the smooth level by applying the corresponding registry setting, while PDF-XChange Editor is closed.
... but upgrading would be better ...
