Use PDF-XChange Editor Open file show the black shadow

Dear Sir,

When i use PDF-XChange Editor Open file will show the black shadow,But this will not happen when using another PDF viewer,
Please tell me how to troubleshoot the problem, thanks

Welcome to the Forum!

You can use the Recompress image function on the 5 image objects in your document:

This will update compression from JPEG 2000.
From what we tested this is the case with most other PDF Editors and Browsers.

I have forwarded this to the development team for further investigation.

Hello Ethan.huang,

I am opening our Content Pane in order to see all objects that are in your document - you can open it from View >> Panes >> Content:

Or directly from this Icon on the left side:

After that you can see what I was showing in my previous post.

Maybe I have to note that you can select multiple objects ( images in this case) using the Ctrl ( one by one ) or Shift ( continues selection) .

I just wanted to inform you that we have created a ticket in our system regarding this issue:

#6761: Images JPEG2000 displayed as negatives

And we are expected to add a fix with our next build so you will not have to recompress any other images of this type.

The ticket has just been marked as resolved, and the fix will be available in the next build of our products (I do not have an exact date yet).
