How do I go about getting the current licence key from my old laptop to my new one?

Hi Melissa,

I believe this has also been answered by email - but for the benefit of all KB users ;

there is a KB article (link below) explaining how to manage your installations and remove machines from your activations list to free up your license use;

You are allowed to install and use a single user license on up to 2 devices - provided you are the primary user of both.

You will need to login to your account to manage your licenses as per the KB article below.
