Feature Request: Enable snapping for the content of a stamp

Hello!

It would be nice if we could enable snapping for the content of a stamp.

Currently you have to flatten the stamp to enable snapping for the content of a stamp.

Why is this even an issue?
Say you want to markup one specific detail on a plan but there is no space, so you copy the base content that you need and insert in somewhere else as a Stamp. (see picture)

Now you can not simply use the distance tool because there is no snapping enabled so you flatten the stamp.

Now you can finish the markup (see picture)

But now you have the problem that you cannot move the content as one.
A part is base contend and another part is an annotation. If you flatten the annotations, you lose information. If you move them independent of each other, you have to realign them.

Hello Daniel,

Thanks for your suggestion, however I believe the limitation is due to the way stamps are defined in the PDF specification and that the actual content is actually nested inside the contained for the stamp's whole rectangle. I will ask our devs to check if this is technically possible, however I can't make any promises at this time!

It seems that Stefan's original inquiry was lost in the wind. I have just spoken with the dev team again and they have confirmed that this is unfortunately, not possible at this time, and the request has been rejected.
