Hello, would it be possible to add additional callout style such as these to the editor ?
The reason would be to be faster when commenting/editing mechanical drawings (especially welding symbols and BOM balloons.

Welcome to our forums!
The callout tool is defined in the PDF ISO specification and we can't really have the styles you suggest without breaking conformance to the said specification unfortunately.
So I do not believe such a request can be implemented, though I will check to be 100% sure.
