Hotkey layer's SOLVED

Hello!

I work a lot with measurements and add them all to layers. I did sign a hotkey that signs the selected items to a new layer, but it would make work a lot faster if i could move selected items to the latest created layer with a hotkey.

Is there a way to sign a hotkey to add the selected items to the latest created layer? Or maybe a function that combines the layers with the same name to 1 layer?

Hello JVDL,

The assignment of objects to a specific layer requires that you navigate through a context menu - which then displays the list of available layers - so there is no shortcut that can be assigned to a specific layer (even if it is the latest created).

To merge layers you may use the feature from the context menu in Layers pane:
