office2 pdf not saving added folders or files list

Our company has a world wide license for pro 4.0
I tried using office2pdf and added foldrers and also tried adding individual files to the "watched" list
it will make PDFs of them when I hit go but after it is done and I close the office2pdf window them when I re-open office2pdf all the folders and files are no longer listed.
should office2pdf keep these "added" files and folders listed when I open office to pdf the next time?
I did just uninstall/reinstall/reboot and still have the same issue.
Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?
It seems if it doesn't save the list then how can it be "watching" folders and files when it doesn't save a list of folders or files to watch
