I need to know the difference in features for PDF-XChange Pro v4.0.0.145 and v4.171.42.9.
Can somebody please help me with it

I believe I answered your mail earlier, but please have a look at the version history for the PDF XChange Tools and driver:

and the Viewer Version History:

As for the Viewer in particular there are quite some new features added to list them all here.
