BUG: 2.049 - Current instance not brought to front

I have Allow multiple instances disabled, and if PDF XChange is already open and I start it again (eg. from QuickLaunch bar), the PDF XChange window is not brought to the front.

Hi, Defenestration.

Unfortunately we cannot reproduce this issue on any of our test machines.
Please provide some more details about your system: what is your OS exactly (Win7 Home, Premium, Ultimate..., and the build number)?
Maybe you have installed some other software which can result in this effect appearing for our application?
Does this issue occur only for our application or for some others as well?

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 6.1.7600 Build 7600 all updates installed.

It only occurs with PDF XChange Viewer. Other 32-bit and 64-bit apps are correctly brought to the front if already running.
