updater finds manual again and again

Live Update finds viewer manual V2.0.52 again and again.
That means: I download the newest manual , it installs it. But the next time, it finds manual again!

This happens on almost every computer, on which I installed xchange viewer. What's wrong with that manual file?

If anything shouldn't work in updater, please show a error message. At the moment it looks like everything is fine... but it isn't.

Using 2.0.56 of pdf viewer now.

can you tell us the size, in bytes of the file "c:\Program Files\Tracker Software\PDF Viewer\Help\PDFVManual.pdf"

I don't have a folder help.

That was the solution! I suppose, help wasn't installed in the past. So the installer didn't create the help folder.

But the updater isn't able to create a help folder. So it doesn't copy the file into that help folder.

My idea:
Please include code in updater which creates the help folder if it doesn't exist.

I have same problem. And I have the help folder.
I update the program downloading the entire file of the web.

Hi VicenteSegura,

can you tell me the build number you are updating from? It could be that this was resolved but a manual update may be required. If you open the Viewer and click Help --> About PDF-XChange Viewer it will report the current version.
