I have a problem using the "Send by E-mail" feature of the Viewer.
Sending a document by email from PDF-XChange Viewer requires yo to have a "Simple MAPI" compliant email client configured as the default email client on your system. Clients known to function with the viewer include Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express and Windows Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, and Eudora. Note that while Eudora can be default email client, but to set it as default MAPI server, you need to set some options into its preferences.
