I cannot open the Customize dialogue on the menu bar.

Problem:

I cannot open the Customize dialogue on the menu bar.

I find that "Customize" is grayed out, and can't be chosen. Why?

 

Resolution:

 You are probably looking at the PDF-XChange Viewer Help file.  This file is opened in a special instance of the Viewer where the customize tool bar feature has been disabled.
