When I print a document the print dialogue box is larger than my screen size and I cannot see all the controls.
PDF-XChange Viewer uses Windows System settings to get fonts for the UI and large fonts in Windows makes the Print Dialogue too big if your screen is smaller than 1024x768 pixels resolution.
Increase your screen resolution to 1024 x768 (Minimum resolution required for Windows 7) or reduce your Windows font size to 8 for Windows "Menu" and Message Box".
When set to "Auto" the "Menu and Toolbars Font" and "Common UI Font" in PDF-XChange Viewer will take it's values form the Windows system settings for "Menu" and "Message Box". You can access the User Interface Fonts by selecting from within PDF-XChange Viewer's main menu
Edit --> Preferences -> Customize UI or
View -> Customise UI
Windows Item "Menu" --> PDF-XChange Viewer "Menu and Toolbars Font"

alternatively you can force an 8 pt font size in the Viewer by selecting a discrete value for PDF-XChange UI fonts while leaving the general settings in windows intact:
