I PDF-XChange Viewer SDK Distribution Declaration. Whewre can I find this and how should it be submitted?
As a condition of your License to use and distribute the PDF-XChange Viewer SDK, you are required periodically,
(approx. once annually), to complete and submit a distribution declaration statement.

This must be filled out and returned to us either as a PDF or by fax. If sending this as an attachment to an email please send it to sales@tracker-software.com.
