Version: 2.5.190.0
When printing a PDF document from the viewer to a Konica 361 printer we get a set of vertical lines that run top->Bottom of the entire document
if we use Adobe Reader X and print to the same printer with the same PDF document, no vertical lines are displayed on the paper print out
what could be causing this?

Re: Vertical lines showing up when printing PDF from viewer
Hi guardian,
welcome to the forums and thanks for the post. The first thing to try is "Print as Images" in the "Print Options" of the Viewer Print Dialogue. This should correct the printing.
Please try this and let me know how that goes for you.

Re: Vertical lines showing up when printing PDF from viewer
Hello,
I have the same problem here.
When printing with the Reader DC, the printout is perfect.
When printing on the PDFXchange Viewer 2.5.309.0 I get vertical lines from top to bottom on the printout.
In a color printing there are more vertical lines than in a black / white print.
The term "Print as Image" does not create vertical lines. But the whole print is worse then.

Hello Andreas,
I see that you have a rather old build of the Viewer.
Can you please first test with the latest available:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/produc ... nge-viewer
And confirm if the bug is present there as well?
Also please note that the Viewer is ow discontinued product and no longer actively developed, so even if the issue is present in the latest build as well - there is little we can do to fix it, and I will then need to recommend switching to the Editor that should print better, and if it does not - we can fix issues there.
Regards,
Stefan
