Page Failed to print. The I/O operation

Post by j.vereijken@wagemaker.nl »

The error is:
The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an appliction request.

Tried reinstalling and installing the free version. All have the same error.

Problem solved.
The hotfix from Tracker Software doesn't have the administrative rigths to copy the file, so you have to do it manualy or use a powershell command to copy the file (powershell "saps -filepath %0 -verb runas").

The solution for me was:
32-bit Windows: copy the 32-bit version of the DLL (/W32X86/XPSSVCS.DLL) in this folder: C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\W32X86\3
64-bit Windows: copy the 64-bit version of the DLL (/x64/XPSSVCS.DLL) in this folder: C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3

And the hotfix (that didn't work but had the good files), you can find here: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowled ... ot-working
