Error Converting to PDF

I have the full version of PDF Xchange V6 installed.

Recently when converting word documents to PDF the attached dialog box appears once the printer is spooled up to 100%.

The company IT department have tried uninstalling and re-installing the product without success - the problem still exists.

Any ideas as to how to resolve this issue?

I will need to ask you a few more questions so that we can understand the situation better and try to help you resolve it!

Does this happen with any document you try to convert or only with a specific one?
If it is just one file - how big is this file and can you share it with us?

Also please do let us know what version of Windows you have (e.g. Win 7 x32, Win 10 x64).
Is this the latest build of our printing drivers that you have installer?
(When you did reinstall - did you use a newly downloaded package from our website, or an existing installation that might be older?)
