Is it possible to have the OCR'd text be hidden, but searchable, behind the source image of the PDF? A client is worried about possibly losing critical information when this conversion occurs.
Thanks,
Nathan

Re: OCR'd text "hidden" behind source?
Hello Nathan,
The OCR layer is invisible, and if the source document contains the images only - no information would be lost from the original file. And to answer the original question - no I do not believe it's possible to place the OCR layer behind the image.
Best,
Stefan
